About Me
My name is Jacky Menendez, a creative based in Orlando.
From a young age, I gravitated toward visual storytelling, specifically through photography, video, and editing. My passion really took shape in middle school and fully took off during high school, where I spent all four years dedicated to my school’s nationally recognized, award-winning TV production program.
In 2021, I began studying at Florida International University and later transferred to the University of Central Florida in 2023 to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. But even as I explored other academic fields, my creative drive never left. I kept picking up cameras, kept editing, kept creating because it’s just a part of who I am.
Now, with a shift in mindset about my future, I’m choosing to fully lean into what I’ve always loved.
